2. Isu lokulawula ukuhluka kwevolumu yomoya
(1). Nquma isidingo somehluko wengcindezi
Ngokuya ngezici zedizayini nezidingo zenqubo yokukhiqiza yegumbi elihlanzekile, nquma ukuthi umehluko wengcindezi phakathi kwegumbi elihlanzekile nendawo ezungezile kufanele ube muhle noma ube mubi. Umehluko wengcindezi phakathi kwamagumbi ahlanzekile amabanga ahlukene naphakathi kwezindawo ezihlanzekile nezindawo ezingahlanzekile akufanele ube ngaphansi kuka-5Pa, futhi umehluko wengcindezi phakathi kwendawo ehlanzekile nangaphandle akufanele ube ngaphansi kuka-10Pa.
(2). Bala ivolumu yomfutho womoya ohlukile
